In this presentation we’ll discuss emerging trends in the social networking sphere that go beyond the traditional tools of today. The session will explore complex communications and social interactions that can help companies generate additional revenue and gain new insights into the users they serve. We will explore a new breed of technology that are making these new set of richer, more sophisticated interactions a reality.
